Description
This catch basin is filled with debris. It does not drain at all. Water will eventually evaporate. Located on the north, east side of the intersection of Provost and Bay Streets.
Please clear out the catch basin. - thanks!
The other two similar-style catch basins on the north west side of Provost Street function; draining when it rains.

This is a photo of one of the catch basins that functions properly. You can see through the slates and holes.
It might be a good idea to clean them too, just to make sure they are operating for a longer time.
