I logged into the parking app and a screen popped up for me to create an account. I assumed it was the parking app so I entered all my info plus my credit card and my card was charged. Then I was sent to the Passport app to create a new account add all my info and parking spot and credit card. So the first pop up was a scam. My bank declined it thankfully - the website is www.nedshelp.com
So I think your parking program has been tainted by this website because it immediately requested my info without identifying itself, charged my account a fee AND THEN sent me to the parking passport ap.
