The owner of Shortell Framing has compained that there is a No Parking sign in front of his business that does not spell out when therei s no parking. It just says No Praking from and nothing else. He compalins his customers get tickets and the sing shoud be replaced to state if there is No Parking at all of No paraking at a particular time.
