Q. Please describe the issue and location within the park.
A. In the picnic pavilion in Sparkle Lake Park, both of the overhead lights in the pavilion have been out for a couple of days. I reported this to Duke, but they informed me that this is a parks and public works responsibility. The pavilion is in the southwest corner of the park.
