Description
Trash all over the yard and street from someone moving out.
People have rummaged through it and ripped open bags and threw it everywhere. One of the neighbors just moved bags into the boulevard, dumped it all by a tree and left it there. Same thing across the street with garbage just left out and rummage through without a bulk pickup being called. Looks horrible!! You would think you wouldn't want your own neighborhood to look like trash!
