The construction workers were protesting outside the construction site a few months ago when all the construction stopped and then abandoned.

With the horrible vacant OSH lot across the street it's not a very pleasant gateway to FC as one gets off the freeway!

Thank you for reporting this issue. The issue has been resolved and the case will now be closed. The owner has provided the city with revisions to the original plans, after experience difficulty with PG&E and location of underground transformer. I will pass on your information to an inspector to address the loose Tyvek on the outside of the building.
