520-522 Riverside Ave. Medfird MA

Person with a white Van - illegally operating a Bicycle Sale and repair business/ shop from basement of house.
Meets customers on back of house on St. James road.
We have had many clients park and block our driveways.
Parking is limited on the street so it's very stressful when they park wherever they can.
Different clients have apologized and confirmed they were meeting him at his basement when confronted.
Since he is hiding in his basement so as not to be detected in operating this illegal bike business in a residential area we are paying the price of increased traffic and illegal parking in all ours of the day or night.
