You have to enter between 676 & 686 broad st -Rats have a nest in a stump of a tree that has fallen over onto a fence. It smells really bad. I am afraid one of the children playing in the back yard will get bit by these ferocious rodents

I saw a pair of racoon climb down a back porch of an empty three family house. Health inspector please come as fast as you can. I will get the rest of the neighborhood to also report the rats. Im sure that will help to expedite the inspector.
