The property 606 1/2 has 6 to 8 people living there. There 3 persons living under canopy in the driveway. They play their music loudly everyday and smell coming from the property is offensive.

I f this was section 8 home I believe their might be some teeth. This being a group home with a unknown number of people staying is not regulated. The ST Pete Housing Authority should be involved here some how.
