I have been asking since 5-19-15 for a bulb to be replaced at 12 Indian Rock Drive. How long does this take? It is dangerously dark here at night. Thank you.

This bulb was replaced, however that was not the issue. While the street light repair company was out there they discovered that there is an issue with the power that is going to this pole. This has been reported to National Grid, because we cannot touch their power lines, they will be repairing this. Thank you.

I have reported this street lite out since May 19th and called several times. National Grid did come out last week but nothing was done on their end. They said it is on the city.
Could someone PLEASE fix this. It is seriously dangerous at night here. I have an elderly Mom and it is impossible to walk here at night. I work at the DPW in Everett so I know what it's like, but it should NOT take this long to get this done.

The street light company is waiting on a piece of equipment coming from California. There is a break in the power line that is somewhere from where the National Grid hand hole is, to the street light. This break may be under private property so they need this device to find exactly where the break is before they start digging up the underground burial cable. We will update you more as the information becomes available to us. Thank you.
