From what I can see, the construction company is just replacing a chain link fence for another chain link fence. With all the money they are receiving from this project a privacy fence is what they should be putting up. If I were living alongside this project, I would be down in city hall complaining.

I live on Webster dr and I have had rats in both my cars.my one car they chewed my heater box and rear seat and seat belts. As for the fence all they are going to put up is the chain link fence. They won't add a privacy fence even though they told my nieghbor they where..when they first broke ground a rep for fuscoI told us we would have only temporary buildings behind us now we have a new cafateria right in our back yard! The only letter we received about any of the construction was about a garage they torn down.

So there not holding their feet to the fire, they promised a privacy fence and now just a chain link fence providing no privacy to the residents looking out their back windows. I hate to say it but there goes the property values...already a home, alongside Emmet, that should have gone for listed price was sold $6,000.00 below. I hope this is not a trend! Lets save the Hilltop...please contact the Mayor.

One more point I would like to make, several weeks ago on a Saturday evening they did a generator test it was so loud it sounded like a jet was flying over.

I don't live next door. I live behind and across the street on Highland and that huge building sticks out like a sore thumb. Can't trees and shrubs conceal it somewhat?

Consideration for those that live near and around this school should have taken place. Mayor please help. At least a Privacy Fence should be installed and not at the tax payers expense. There are many unhappy homeowners that now have to look out their back windows/doors and have no privacy.

I solved my problem. I moved to TN. I had a lovely house on Highland and I really miss Ansonia. I just hope that my issue and others such as blight etc etc will be addressed so all residents can enjoy living there.

Emmet is out of control, but the City has no say as it is a State project, the state didn't even have to tell the city they were doing anything. It lights up the streets around it so much we should look into getting rid of some street light and saving the city a little money
