Don't be deceived, what looks lime a harmless cat nap in the afternoon is actually a colony of feral cats, strays and unwanted cats dumped off - none of which are neutered or spayed - which results in more cats by the litterful every spring as well as the foul stench of cat spray left by males who come to claim their territory. Sometimes it also results in abuse from frustrated neighbors (some have witnessed cats being mutilated and left to die in the streets by people with aggressive dogs or aggressive personalities of their own.) please help! The SPCA does not come to pick up these animals and they are wretched!
