Constant presence of trash from the patrons and loiterers around these properties. Trash blows onto street and sidewalk forcing Hartford BID cleaning ambassadors to clean up (one of whom was out on Farmington this morning doing just that). Please enforce trash cleanup loitering rules on these property owners. Thanks
