413 s fairvies has been sent 6 enforcement letters since 3-4-2014

I wish the city would review absentee landlords and penalize them for poor care of their properties or continued letters sent.

Under the Housing Ordinance if you receive another compliance letter within six months you are charged $75.00 even if you comply. If you don't comply the administrative charge is $250.00 plus the cost to cut the grass or remove the trash along with $75.00 charge, so it does become costly for problem property owners.
