Grand Avenue in both directions up to Dale Street and especially at Oakland Avenue is a rough patch of road. You recently patched the roadway at Grand Avenue and Oakland Avenue, but that did not help. The roadway from Grand Avenue up to Dale Street really needs to have a fresh, solid layer of asphalt to smooth it out (like you did on Victoria between Grand Avenue and Summit Avenue a couple years ago). Please revisit this roadway and smooth it out. Thanks.
