The entrance into the city parking structure is collapsing. Years ago there was a BWL dig there and since, the road has been collapsing. Every once in a while crews will throw cold patch in it, but it needs to be dug up, filled and compacted and restored. Nothing says welcome to Lansing like a large hole by the city ramp.
