There are total of six meters along the south side of 52nd street, between telegraph and the curved merge with 51st. At least 3 of them will not accept coins at all. Also, there are no buildings facing that side of the street, so I can't really determine an exact address number to guide you any further. However, it is a very small block and should be easy to determine once someone is on-site.
