Description

Sidewalk repair is a nice way to describe what is needed here. There is a combination of curb cuts (on riggs Rd) going straight into a fence (so not in use) and a telephone pole that makes it impossible to navigate this corner with a stroller or wheel chair. The raised part of the driveway/curb cuts are a big part of the problem and ruin the sidewalk usability for everyone walking to the metro or to the Capcs school up the hill.
