Apparently, the City of Oakland hasn't fixed this issue yet because it's still dangerous and a significant problem almost two years later. When will the city fix pedestrian crossing and lights so that people and bicyclist can cross without fear of getting hit by many of the cars racing across the Park street bridge?

Problem is multiple agencies all have jurisdiction in that intersection. Plans have come and gone for 10 years. More plans to come.
