Please be kind enough to tell me who decided to erect a street light monument at City Hall with the name of the current living Mayor? Why, if night/street light was so needed wasn't it dedicated to fallen hero's or past city servants who had a history and longevity and proven dedication to the people of this City? When was it decided and by whom and did it go to City Council for vote or the voters of this city? If not, why not? How much did it cost and where did we (the City) get the money to pay for it?
