SeeClickFix is established for quick fix items and there can be a length of time involved with alley maintenance. Therefore the street pothole info was resubmitted onto SeeClickFix (#171041) and the alley maintenance was submitted for action on our internal system and this ticket #170930 was closed. Follow through on these alley tickets can be conducted by dialing Richmond Customer Care at 646-7000 and referring to #20020828947 (1201 Wallace St) and #20020828960 (511 S. Harrison St)
