There is a large pothole on the ramp as you exit Route 95 southbound at Exit 15 (Enterprise Avenue and Island Avenue). The pothole is made up of several holes and has been patched before, but is reopening. It is actually located on the ramp (under the overpass for Rt. 95 Northbound).
