erosion from farm ...rains and constantly soil erodes into roadway and into storm drain culvert. So the next rain storm causes traffic hazard

Its been happening for fifty + years now. Slow down there if you know its raining. The Johnson's have always scrapped the road after the rain stops if theres a hazard. Its the country, if you built a $400,000 next to it, thats your fault, move if you can't adjust to the country.
