The 14th street parking deck has opened the alley entrance to general public entrance/exit which has increased traffic markedly in the alley causing major pavement damage.

These potholes in Lombardy Alley (behind 1405 E. Main) have re-appeared due to pavement scraping of ice. 300-400 cars traverse this "alley" transiting to/from major parking areas an a deck facility - please make high priority as the avoidance of the potholes are causing "near-miss" accidents on this narrow road.

Potholes are back. Damage to cars is unavoidable and is costing people money in vehicle repairs. This lot has had potholes filled NUMEROUS times. NEEDS REPAVING.
