Sharraxaadda

I love to walk along the riverbank at night. However, it's a tad offputting to be down there in the black. Why is it that there is no lighting along the path? It would, I imagine, reduce many security issues and perhaps would draw more people out for a nice evening stroll. Let's take care of and enhance the natural beauty our city offers us!
