This is on my wife and my route to take our child to daycare, and it is currently in disrepair and is a dirty, rocky patch. When wet, it is even more of a hazard. The only way around it is into the street which is not appropriate. Does missing sidewalk equate to new sidewalk, and thereby require a petition?
