This street needs to be plowed. COP CAR STUCK HERE TODAY AND ATLEAST 8 OTHER CARS...WALKED THROUGH PORT RICHMOND AND THE STREETS ARE PASSABLE AND YOU CAN SEE THE BLACKTOP...WHY ARE STREETS NOT PLOWED IN FISHTOWN???!!!!!????
