the wooden "seats" of the bleachers has deteriorated so much that it is a real safety issue. In addition during All Star Games many out of town visitors see this as a face of Windsor! I have several pictures but am including 1.

Please note however that their are bleacher seats in other areas of Welch Park that need attention as well.
Also there is a BIG tree limb down in the parking area ( and parking is limited indeed).
So hopefully you can take a look at these issues too.
