Deskripsyon

The dumpsters behind the apartment building on the corner of Locust and Hanson street have been overflowing with garbage, furniture, and even a two-person rowboat (not kidding) for more than a week now. The boat is filling up with old clothes and trash as well. I don't know who owns the building, but it's disgusting back there and needs to be cleaned up.
