It doesn't appear to look to bad to me. It seems as if they made a real effort to move those two vehicles out of sight. I'm just wondering if you are sure they are running a business out of there. I am just thinking along the lines of family members or friends. iIe if I had a skilled mechanic in my family I might ask them to help me out. They may agree as they are family, but are already working full time so it takes a bit longer to get done. Homeowners are rightfullly concerned about appearances and maintaining property values. While there is no HOA there are active homeowner covenants for Smith Creek that warrant acknowledgment.

While I understand that property owners have concerns about their property values I'm confused as the title of this issue is " Trash/Debris on Public Property" the picture appears to depict someone's PERSONAL property (and if I'm not mistaken their back yard at that). I also don't see any trash or debris. I work next door to a one person automotive repair business that is legitimately ran out of their home and I always see at minimum 30++ vehicles in the vicinity. I see 2 in this photo and it appears that the homeowner went to great lengths to keep them far back in their yard I'm assuming out of courtesy to their neighbors. Gave you approached them with your concerns? My daughter has a lovely yard with a chicken coop and her neighbors enjoy all of the free fresh eggs she provides them with. I would be concerned if they were running loose or perhaps if they had a rooster but I assure you that a annoying dog that barks incessantly all day long is far more of a nuisance then a few penned chickens. Either the photo doesn't properly reflect the situation or perhaps a more friendly approach would help (I truly enjoy my neighbors and am glad as I will be living next to them for many years to come)
