curbs at Vermont Avenue unpassable on foot and the block in front of Nellie's Sports Bar unscooped and unpassable--very dangerous for walkers and this is the case with all snow storms in front of Nellie's Sports Bar on that portion of U Street. Everyone on 9th manages to scoop and they are smaller businesses!
