Hello again, Radar - here's what our records show: yes, you've submitted this container repair request a few times in the past, but each time you've used a different address, and some of those addresses aren't very close to each other. This may be what's preventing the container maintenance folks from locating the broken container. In this particular SCF issue you submitted a photo of the container with what looks like a yellow or beige structure with white barn-style doors behind it - can you tell us the address of that house? Hello, I drove around this morning to find the address that you wanted, it is 2521 Burlington. I thought it still looked damaged as of this morning, but maybe I've gone looney tunes. thanks
