Park is full of snow. There are two playgrounds for kids but they are not usable. And the dog owners have left the dogs without leash to run free and so the dogs have pooped and peed all over the snow. Very easy to see where. It is disgusting. The kids cannot be in the park anymore. Neighbors have complained everywhere but the dog area has no fence and the owners don't care if they are inflicting their dogs on the small children.
