Description
The new LED Aveda sign is super bright, flashes images every 10 seconds or so, and is on 24 x 7. Was this permitted? and how are these signs allowed in our mixed residential/commercial downtown area? Is this allowed in our code? if so, is there any limit to how many of these bright flashing signs can be installed and keep flashing all night?
