Northbound traffic on College needs protected movement left turn signal; at peak times there left-turning drivers are forced to block the box if they want to make their turn, since the soutrhbound college traffic has the right of way and is always constant. This is an obvious fix that will help this intersection from both a driver and pedestrian standpoint.
