This property was monitored regularly and violations of cars being off the pavement slightly were reported to the property manager earlier this year.

When similar violations continued this summer a warning letter was sent to the property owner and then we sent a Zoning Notice of Violation for expansion of the parking area without a permit. The violation notice was appealed and a November 2016 date was set for hearing with the Development Review Board. Prior to that meeting an agreement was reached to have the property owner set parking curb stops at the edge of the pavement to resolve the matter.

The curb stops were installed. This issue is now closed.
