What I assume to be a traffic circle is present at the intersection of 49th st. and Bassett Ave. There are YIELD signs present on Bassett Ave., but none present on 49th St. This is confusing as to whether this is a traffic circle or not, as someone driving on 49th St. may not know to yield to traffic in the circle (if this is indeed a traffic circle) These needs to either fixed or clarified.
