We found pole 1763 to be at 761 Kennedy Rd. just north of Plum Ridge Ln. All we saw was what seems to be a black housing used for splicing on the bottom cable line which is traditionally cable TV and/or Internet service. There were some coiled wires at the housing but they looked secure. Other poles nearby had similar cable arrangements. If you have further questions please contact Comcast and/or Frontier Communications.

Thanks very much for looking at this. I went by a little while ago and saw that it was fixed. Someone must have fixed it after I reported it. Thanks for your attention. I do think the utilities working in our Town should do a better job looking for and fixing these cables. I have seen electric, Frontier, and Comcast trucks on Kennedy Road in the past two weeks, and the problem remained unfixed until now.
