Fire Hazard.

We have notified Regency Centers numerous times regarding the dry vegetation in the easement behind the Ygnacio Plaza Shopping Center

Employees from the stores, have been instructed to use this easement as a smoking area. Employees from both Peet's and Kinders have told us this.

We have told the management company, that we are very concerned due to the dry vegetation.

This week we noticed there was a small fire.

Luckily it was put out in time before It could do any damage

We once again notified Regency Centers on August 5th. We did not receive any response back.

Due to the extreme drought conditions and dry vegetation, something needs to be done to prevent further fires in this area
