Description

There's a bike that's been locked to the parking meter in front of 55 Hillhouse Ave NH for over seven months. The tires were stolen and the frame remains locked to the parking meter. Please, can you send someone out with a lock cutter to remove the bike carcass. The bike frame is red with black detailing and it about 2 years old; missing tires and other parts. Thank you.
