Description

Area needs to be cleaned up of the over grown shrubbery and trash. Contacted Cal Trans and they came out and cut the shrubbery and removed the trash in the fence off area. Cal Trans informed me it was the City of Oakland responsibility to maintain the over grown trees and weeds. Please help.
