when will Fourth and Fifth Avenues be reopened and the construction in and around Wheeler Park finished? It doesn't appear that there has been any movement on this for weeks, and it's actually really inconvenient to navigate around.

We have completed all underground work and began the restoration of the Wheeler Park and surrounding streets. We are planning to have it all completed in the first half of September.
