When the New York State DOT had Sunrise Highway/NY 27 resurfaced in 2014, they forgot to install the in-pavement sensor on Charing Cross road. The result: the light now goes red even when there's absolutely nothing on the side street. NYSDOT needs to reinstall the pavement sensor as soon as possible.
