This is actually in front of 5724 Adeline St. The cement sidewalk leading up to it has split in two and as you can see in the picture one piece of the higher sidewalk has fallen away just before a utility box. The utility box in the ground is marked "PG&E" and the side of it is starting to be exposed when the chunk of cement fell away, but otherwise the box is still intact.
