Those going south on Adams don't seem to understand that when they have a blinking red light, Raintree has a green light and traffic is not stopping. I have headed onto Adams on a green light and a stopped car has taken off almost hitting me. It appears they think Raintree has a blinking red light also.

Is it possible to put a sign on Southbound Adams at Raintree indicating that the Raintree traffic has a green light with their blinking red?

Also, there are so many people going through the southbound Adams red light, you often cannot turn left onto Raintree.
