Description

In the last few days when I've been traveling south on Hwy 9 through the intersection, I've observed that the left turn arrow for northbound traffic turning left onto Milton is activating even with no vehicles waiting. This is unnecessarily delaying straight-through southbound traffic, aggravating the issue of congestion at the merge to a single lane during the construction.
