Deskripsyon

Where the street and driveway meet for 297-301 Lincoln St there is a large hole. Come winter this will be quite dangerous. Kids take the bus from there and if they slip and fall due to this issue it could create issues for everyone. The town owns 7-10ft in from the street, this should be taken care of by the town. This has been reported numerous times and has yet to be fixed. Other driveways have had the same issue and have been fixed. Not sure why Lincoln St is being ignored.

Do I need to send another reminder or will this be on a schedule to be fixed? Just wondering how the process works. I want to make sure I don't harass you (by sending multiple requests) if it's in the que to be repaired.

I noticed the rain drain across the street from the above mentioned issue was dug up and then repaved around it. Not sure why our issue wasn't fixed at the same time.

Just wondering if you could leave the material and I will fix it myself. This continues to be a major issue. I am willing to do the work if you are willing to leave all the materials needed to get it done.

The driveway apron is not a town issue and we will not spent town funds to repair. If water was coming off the road and causing issues to your home we would address the issue other than that driveway aprons are a private entrance to the home owners property. The only other time we do driveway aprons is if the road is under construction and driveway aprons need to be addressed to match the road pavement.
