(posted on behalf of Assistant Chief Luke Williams, SPPD) Thank you for your SeeClickFix notification dated September 15, 2015. Chief Holloway has asked me to respond directly to you regarding the issue of a vehicle parked in the alley for over a month at 6224 1 Avenue South. The information you provided was forwarded to Community Service Sergeant Richard Hladik to investigate.
Sergeant Hladik reported that he assigned Officer Matt Wilson to investigate the vehicle which was reported to have stray cats living underneath and grass growing around it. Officer Wilson checked the area and spoke to the owner and explained the situation to him. The owner advised he would move the vehicle. Officer Wilson also referred this vehicle to the Codes Department as it falls under their purview.
