30 or more cats....urine smell...the people leave all their windows and door open all day....the smell is awful.. I cannot see how this is a safe environment for these people to live in....some cats have been picked up but now we are seeing kittens......on some days you cannot even breath going down the street....please help these people...the place needs to be condemned and removed!!!! not someone living in it.
