The traffic light at the intersection of 34 and Hillwood circle has started showing signs of major timing issues. The light has repeatedly turned red to traffic on 34, without any traffic entering the highway from Hillwood circle. In incidences where there have been cars entering 34 from Hillwood, there have been no more than 2-3 cars, at a time, yet the light will stay red for an average of 70 seconds. This incident is not only recurring around rush hour, but in the very early mornings, as well. I feel that this timing issue is causing unnecessary traffic blockage, and headache. If this issue could be investigated, that would be great. Thank you.
